Outbound Telemarketing into Canada

My firm is currently exploring the possibility to establishing a pilot project with an Indian outbound call centre. The objective is to sell optional services to Canadian credit card customers.

I’m looking for information on:

1. Firms who are using Indian centres to successfully sell products/services to Canadians.
2 Indian call centres with expereicne calling into the Canadian market.
