Call Center in Chennai

    We are planning to start a call center in Chennai and as a test case wanted to start by supporting about 50-100 users. All the users are based US. For this what kind of infrastructure we need and the cost involved.

    50-100 PC’s (P3 or higher), 1 mid range server, 1 5000 series Cisco router, dedicated IPLC, and LD services in the states… We can talk to you furhter about hosting all this for you.

    Why do we need a dedicated IPLC. Cant we go with VOIP. Which is better.

    What do we need to look for the LD service (can we go with any phone companies like AT&T or Verizon)

    I would like to start a call centre in coimbatore and i already have a client who wants to outsource its tech support department. Can anyone guide me as to how to set a call centre in coimbatore and if its a 10 Seater what would be the cost. I need an approximate costing…
