Setting up of a call centre

    Dear All,
    I am working with a software company and being given the job to set up a call centre for the existing customers as well for newly developing customers. Now I don’t have any idea about this industry. Can anybody give me some advice about the set up starting from the scratch? It would be for domestic client only.

    Dear Roy,

    Thanks for your kind assistance.

    I want to set up a centre. For this i have a enough space and the construction of building is going on. I have talentedand brilliant youth power circle.The centre will also provide the employement to people. And will earn good revenue. I am also working in BPO company.
