We are a consulting company based in the US. One of our clients would like to outsource thier call center to India. This would be a 24×7 Inbound voice call center.
They would like to start with 10 agents and then increase gradually.
Any idea about what it would cost approximately per agent/per hour.

We are based in Delhi, We are looking for a strategic tie-up with a company for continuous business for our call center. We are in the process of setting up additional 500 seat call center in India. We already have 170 seats operational in India ( New Delhi ).
