    Is the a list of companies available who use overseas Call Centres? I would be interested to see how widespread this practice is for my thesis.

    I am not able to understand your exact requirement. Is it that you want the list of callcenters in India? which are used by the american companies to outsource the orders??

    Palani,

    I would like to know which British companies outsource call centre work to India. I’m not really interested in obtaining the names of the actual companies in India, only the names of the British companies. I hope this helps.
