I was just wondering how much the call center infrastructure would cost. Even if you give me a breakdown of the cost, that would be fine. I’ll try to be as detailed as possible in what I want for the call center:
-60 seat call center(20 seat w/ 3 shifts)
-mostly inbound supporting technical support but have capabilities for minimal outbound calls(avg of 15~20 calls/day)
-located in the capital somewhere in Quezon City
-should have capabilities for VoIP, web integration, email
Lastly, where can I get complete details regarding the call center infrastructure as well?
