Sir/Madam,
We get lot of call drop issues from our agents. Out of say,100 calls at least 15-20 calls get dropped.
1)What could be the reason?
2)Is it related to crm package/line problem?
I would be greatful if anyone could help me with this.

What’s Call status is it remote disconnect or Local disconnect. Please describe your setup properly. There could be a problem in IPLC or switch or could be in T1 Channels in US.
