Qeueing in mobille networks

Could you please answer me a question ?

“In a mobille network if we have a queue lenght of 3 and 14 channels, considering that the calls that are queued, will wait 10 seconds for a resource, What is the offered traffic that this system handles, with a GoS of 1%? And what would be the model applied ?
