the present cost per seat is between 4.5- 5 lakhs per seat. But other details reqd regarding what kind of call center you wish to set up, whether you have the client etc. Pls provide complete details then I might be of some help.

BPO by itself is a broard term. You will have to define what area in BPO would you be interested.

Primarily you should think of setting up a call center which you can elevate to a BPO depending on client requirement ,the kind of process you get and prove the capability to handle. The smallest feasible project is of a 24seater center. This will require a 2 meg link connection and an investment of 1.20 crore rupees.
