    Greetings,

    Anyone out there that has a Call Center servicing the US Market. Can you share your experience with the Co-Location provider and the costs/investments involved along with service levels.

    Dear Karim…

    There are Co-Location provider in US Like Cable & Wireless, AT&T & WORLDCOM this are the Major Co-LOCATION Provider in US. Cost wise it depends.

    We are providing co location services in the US for Multiplexor, Gateways for IP based c center,T1 and Dailers and recording systems

    Hi Pankaj:

    I am interested in 50 seat Outbound dialing. How are your costs structured? Are they based on the number of seats or seats + T1 + IPLC costs ? or ?

    What kind of equipment (Dialer, Mux, etc) do you have and what would I need to provide, aside from agent stations, headsets.
