    Hi All,

    I am prahlad from India having 15 years experince with technology and operations.
    I need help to start a 50 seater call centre and run it successfully at one of the state capitals in India.

    Can someone advise me on the technology/ costs/ manpower / billing etc.
    may be if someone has a project report and can send me a copy that may be of great help.
