My Company is a wholy owned subsidiary of a US company and we would like to start Call Center in India specifically in Pune. We would like to hire professionals to do this. I would like to know what setup do I need and whom I need to hire?
I am writing you from Bhopal, India. What qualifications are required for opening a call centre.
Kindly let me know I have done my PGDBA equivalent to MBA from Pune.
We are in Computer trainig institute, Hyderabad India and franchise of a reputeted company and we are also in to callcentre training. Now we would like to setup a call centre, please let me know whom shoul we contact and what are the requirements.
