dear all,
We are setting up a 10 seater Call center for beginning in Jakarta, Indonesia. We would like to know how much the price (in US$) for client if the variable cost (telephone rate) is US$ 0.05 for 3 minutes. what are the other things one should take care of while setting up a Call center. I would also like to know what kind of clients that can be use our call center.
