Buy / Lease Call Center in NCR

    We are looking to buy / lease a call center in the NCR of India. The call center should have at least 120 seats capacity and space / facilities available for expansion.

    The dialer is Melita ( Divine ), Mux 7480 and Switch N61 Nortel, PBX is Avaya & Workstations are DELL. Circuit is 2 MBPS. Collocation is in Atlanta ( Georgia ) US End PSTN is from Service provider of COLO.

    Rates for the DRY LEASE ( No manpower ) but Includes Dialer, Wan & Lan, US End Colo, US End PSTN, IPLC and all works.
    I Shift without manpower $6.7 ( 8 Hours Billing )
    II Shift without manpower $4.0 ( 16 Hours Billing )
    III Shift without manpower $3.2 ( 24 Hours Billing )

    Rates for the WET LEASE ( All manpower including Support Staff for Administrative purpose and Operations ), This Also Includes Dialer, Wan & Lan, US End Colo, US End PSTN, IPLC and all works.

    I Shift with manpower $8.0 ( 8 Hours Billing )
    II Shift with manpower $7.0 ( 16 Hours Billing )
    III Shift with manpower $6.0 ( 24 Hours Billing )
