Your question is not clear.Bascially IPLC (International Private Leased Circuit), For this circuit from India you have to contact VSNL or visit their website. and From USA you can Contact AT&T ot MCI. Actually fro where to where you want this circuit. http://www.VSNL.com
T1 s are are provided only at USA by MCI or AT &T and some other carriers.T1 will be charged on the basis of usage
