call center software

hello,
i am tejasvi kulkarni.i am a student of ty & i am doing bcs(bachelor of comp. sci.).
we have to do a project in vb6.0 & oracle.i want to do a project on call center.
i know the concept of call center.
i have even read many things abtt call center in network magazines.
but i didn’t get any info. abt its software.
so if u can pls help me to design software for the same i’ll be very thankful.
if u send me some info. it will be of great use.
