Hello There,
I need some1 who can help me in workout everything for call centre. As we are US based NRI and wants to have our own call centre in delhi.
have you done some kind of home work for this? or you want to plan right from scratch?
Hi Pawan,
What kind of work are do you need him to do, as i have several years experience in setting up call centers also one person single handedly cannot do everything therefore one needs a team and i have exactly that kind of ppl with me. So kindly let me know from where do you wish to start and how many seater call center will this be voice or a non voice call center?
