I was hopeing that someone here might be able to provide a business model for a call center or possibly point me in the right direction as to where I could find one.
Business model works different for contry to country and largely depends on your / Management Focus. I Represent a company in Center Consulting arena, We offer End to End solution in terms of Technology, HR and operations. Pls let me know what is your exact Focus and we shall take it from there.

The Call Center will most likely be in North Carolina, USA. Scalability will be a necessity. Initally we intend to have 10 to 15 agents and then expanding as volume and clients increase. All calls will be inbound to support a website.
