I’m currently working in a Call Centre in the uk as a sales manager in the general Insurance industry.I’m considering an offer to start working in the uk selling use of a Call Centre in India. I have no technical knowledge but i have much experience of running a sales department, training agents in sales techniques, coaching, designing incentive schemes and motivating staff to hit targets.
I am keen for a change but wonder what i might be letting myself in for? It looks like a lot of you guys have experience in this type of role and i was wondering how you find it?
