    Yes there are Call centers ( 2 that I know of ) which are specialising in back office of major HR companies in USA. These 2 are web integrated voice support centers with 24 Seats each floor.

    What we are looking at is if any back ofice HR work – lets say payroll processing, employee grievance handling or any questions w.r.t employe personnel policies and benefits are being sourced by any company?

    Can yuo share the names of the companies?
