Starting A New Call Center (crm business

    Hello,

    I am starting a call center business and I am presently in talks with 2 companies in doing a joint venture. THis company will be located outside the US.

    I wanted to know what process will be the right process.
    I would also like to know how to sell my idea to companies.

    It depends upon many factors:
    1)what type of call center you have?
    2) what tyope of clients you have?
    3)How many seaters?
    and many more factors..
