Looking for economic solution

Greetings, I am a student in electrical engineering working for a cell phone telemarketing company. I would like to know if there are some good computer software/hardware based solutions to set up a call center which receives calls, gives a choice of people to speak too and transfers the person to the correct employee when the proper key is pressed.

Of course, our business will also need a software/hardware solution to give lists to all the callers and dial for them as well.

Any good cost/efficiency solutions ? Thank you.
