We are in negotiations for acquiring an existing call center. What are the key things that we should be looking out for ? Is there any source on the net that provides some kind of a checklist for evaluating call centers for acquisition or takeover ? Please advise. Thanks, Menon

Hi Vinay Thanks for the inputs. Would appreciate if you could be more specific in terms of what technical details we should look out for…. This is an In bound call center, so what are the technical things we should ask for ? Things like IPLC etc, don’t make much sense to me, Is there any site which can help me in gaining this knowledge ? Thanks in advance.
