Call Center in China

    We are looking for a call center provider in China and Hong Kong. This would be for inbound only. I would appreciate replies from anyone who already has a call center established within China.

    Hi Phil,
    Did you ever find info regarding a CC in China or HK? I’ve set up CC in Taiwan with tollfree numbers in China, HK, Macau, Malaysia, Taiwan and Thailand. The beauty of tollfree numbers is that they can be redirected to anywhere. The numbers can be sent to one huntgroup for Mandrin and another for cantonees. I’ll install another CC in Bangkok next month.
