    Looking for a source that will handle a staffing model for a call center that takes IN and makes OUT about an equal number of calls per day, but diff call lengths..

    Akshay.. I guess what I am looking for is, how to incorporate ‘In and Outbound’ calls with differing call lengths into Erlang C accurately.. Erlang seems to work one way or the other.. not combined..
