    Depending on the size and scope of your call-centre you might not need a software solution.

    It is worth taking a long, careful look at what exactly you need before embarking on a potentially long and expensive implementation.

    There are some erlang calculators on the web for free of course. As well as some more sophisticated software that employs neural net technology and artificial intelligence. I agree with last response. Carefully determine cost to manually schedule-usually some increasing number of agents and/or shift flrxibility or value of each call will allow you to calculate your need ( manual vs automation)
