telephone to computer solution

Hi all

I dont know is it right place for this questions.

We have one phone and some compurets in different rooms. and want connect phone to computer network for remote connection to out net.(this is not problem)

We want also make local telephone network via LAN using multimedia.

how can I reseave phone call by computers, and connect this call to other computer in next room??
