Does anybody know of a software package for long term forcasting of call volumes and staffing needs. We currently use Blue Pumpkin software which is fine from week to week, but I need something I can print up and hand to management with a hiring plan

Another good one is Q-Max, a UK-based company with an excellent interface and report system (no I am not on commission!). http://www.q-max.co.uk
IEX has a workforce management system that has long term forcasting capabilities.
Depending on the type of environment you are in I.e. Multie center or single terminating sight, I prefer IEX. It has a good long term forecasting tools
