    Looking for methods of recording calls on an Aspect system without using the Media Manager option of the Aspect Winset user interface. Have any methods of doing this? Does Aspect provide software libraries or components that will allow your program to do this without using their software? Any other methods?

    Have a look at ascobra.co.uk

    This solution includes works on one or more pcs. You can program it through VBA. It’s probably going to work out a lot cheaper than other solutions.
