Hi.
I’m designing and implementing a Call Center for attending emergency calls. This call center will provide service for about 3,5 MM potential users.
I’ve been looking for some statistics about other similar services to design my CC size (agents and trunks), but I haven’t found it.
Can anybody help me about finding this kind of information? How many emergency calls has received any 911 CC attending how many of customers?
