Our call-center is going to report data, eg. Number of calls / Average waiting time /Max. waiting time / Etc. We are using Lucent centre vu (with CMS 8.0) and are looing for a system which automatically, can pull data from Lucent, and send them as an SMS.
Please let me know, if you know of any such system.
