Does anyone have experience on whether it is more productive to have the “real time que management team” in one site versus having a couple in both locations? We will be operating in a virtual que environment (1st available across the network)and are trying to decide the functionality of either having a centralized team of coordiators to monitor the ques or whether it is more productive to have them located in 1 site and gaining the efficiencies of using less people to cover the same amount of hours?
