I CURRENTLY SUPERVISE A CALL CENTER FOR A CREDIT UNION IN UPSTATE N.Y. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO COMPARE SALARIES FOR BOTH THE SUPERVISOR POSITION AS WELL AS FOR THE CALL CENTER REP POSITION. I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO LOCATE ANY INFORMATION ON THIS SUBJECT. WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IS THE AVERAGE SALARY FOR A SUPERVISOR IN THE CALL CENTER FIELD AS WELL AS FOR A CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE. ALSO, THE AVERAGE SALARY FOR A CALL CENTER MANAGER. ANY INFORMATION WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANK YOU.
I can tell you that CS salaries varies for telephone agents by as much as $3-$5, depending the industry you are in, and $8k-$12k for Supervisors. For example CompuBank,NA pays its online agents $13/hr and its Supervisors $36k/yr. Mr. Rescue, auto club, plays its agents $9/hr and its supervisors $27k/yr.
