G’day!
I am currently looking for a Call Center Calculator program which I can download – freeware will be good. I wanted to calculate resource required at a specific call volume with specific service level target, occupancy ceiling, abandon rate etc. Any suggestion?
There are two products described on this web site which might interest you. I’m afraid that neither of them are freeware though.
