I am designing an IVR for my call center, and I obviously need to make provision for callers using rotary phones. But, does anyone have an idea what percentage of phones are still rotary?
My company looked into this a while back. We discovered that 11% of calls were dropping to the default option (ie. from rotary phones). This was about a year ago, and I think the situation may have improved now. We are in the UK.
