Does anyone know how to fixed these disconnect-cause 31(Normal, Unspecified) and 102 (Recovery On Timer Expire) ?
If I call using softphone directly to my cisco using softphone, the call always got Normal Call Clearing.
If My customer make testing call from their softswitch to my softswitch also got positive result.
But Its really strange if my customer start their live traffic, those two Errors above always appear.
My Scheme : Customer Softswitch (Sansay)—–>My Softswitch (Mera)—-Cisco AS5300—Gateway.
It’s been a month I always got this issue.
Any advice or experiences related this issue, please kindly share to me
