Just recently got rid odds the complete waste of sysmaster support but have an issue with connecting to a switch via ss7 e1 lines where it states waiting for gra on the circuit channel state. it’s been insane as the network operator has given me all parameters. i just can’t seem to get my calls through. i propose Never to use Sysmaster again. just get me out of this mess.
I think you should not ride a racing car if you are not a pilot.
suggest to hire technician for $25/h, who can do SS7 configuration and debug for you.
Sysmaster system is great, and there is about ten in my memory which worked good with e1 pri cards .
ss7 has too many options, it’s hard to trace it without skills .
SS7 has a number of cryptic parameters that will need to be configured. The stack has a number of items that will need to be considered, e.g. ISUP, TCAP, SCCP, MTP, SCTP, M3UA, etc.. Key that you have an engineer that is familiar with SS7 integration and testing.
