help to over come a issue

    i have a issue, the calls keep failing plenty of it,or it give short calls but when dial manually the same calls are been answered, due to this reason my ASR and ACD also get effected, can u pl advice me to overcome this issue, i may loose my traffic if do not rectify this issue immediately my provider says… PLEASE HELP ME
