configuring quintum tenor AX T2400

    Hi
    I bought two days ago a quintum tenor AX SERIES T2400 .
    I was trying to configurate but is imposible the tenor configuration manager discover the Tenor .
    I need to know the IP of my tenor .
    Somebody can help me ???

    Salvatore,
    The Tenor Config Manager has many problems. You have to make sure that the version CM you using matches with the version firmware on your tenor. You can check with NET/Quintum on which versions are compatible.

    From my side, I never use CM as there are too many problems and I simply go through telnet, but I can understand that this is more complex.

    Hello…

    This is hard to accomplish and you need to connect the RS232 cable( Serial Interface) to get this done.Also you will be needing Quintum Configuration Manager.
    Once done, connect your Tenor AXT2400 with serial interface and using QCM, discover for RS232 Interface.It will promot for IP Configuration.Once done, You are good to go.
