i’ve configured call reception in a dx 4096, and i’ve an ivr in the call reception, but when i call from out, i hear the ivr but when it tell me that “click touch 1, or touch 2… ” the call wait a 3 seconds to redirect to an agent,
if there is a parameter in the quintum that reduce the time to redirect when i click a touch, it will be very helpful

i have configured an in band dtmf signal, and the dtmf arrive in the pbx, but it is late 4 or 5 seconds of waiting,
i’m asking if there is an option to reduce this time to 2 seconds for example
