Call are not passing

    hy,

    i have two DX 2030 and DX2060 connected via E1.

    Call Manager –> DX2030 —> DX2060 —> Provider

    The problem is for the outgoing call, that can’t pass, and the cause displayed in the trace is Cause = 34

    Plz help me

    Typically cause 34 is sent by a quintum when a incoming call/number has no term match in that unit.

    Check your number patterns.

    Also, in your setup, you show call manager–>D2030. I will assume that the connection between the call manager is T1 or E1 because, as you know, the Quintum gateways do not support IP-to-IP connection.

    Of course you could “fake” this out by connecting T1-1 to T1-2 so that the call goes

    IP–>Dx2030–>T1-1–>T1-2–>DX2030–>IP–>DX2060
