Sysmaster Setup In the UK

Hi I am about to setup a sysmaster PBX Lite in the UK to do Calling Card and IP Telephone retailing I need a tec. person in London who can handle this setup and also some advice on Bandwidth and Lines the PBX can handle 30 Concurrent Calls so I want to know what type of Line or trunk I would have to use and How much bandwdwith I would have to get and what service I would have to apply for
