Hi, Im currently doing research on a school project on VOIP (Business class), and how its currently benefiting telco’s in customer satisfaction and of course, in monetary terms ๐
Can someone help me out with the following? As Im based in the UK, any answers relevant to my location would be great.
1; How much is it costing the Telco’s to provide VOIP? I know that the end user would of course need a broadband connection, but how much are calls costing in local and international terms?
2; How much is it costing the telco per month just to have the VOIP user enabled? Phone number etc etc..
3; In terms of bandwidth, how much would be required for a high-quality low-latency national call?
4; How many UK-Based ISP’s are currently in the market, and have the successes been notable? Any stock readouts here would be superb ๐
