there could be many reasons for this. Most likely you do not have the correct pattern set in the hnd area to accept the incoming call. Also check your alarms to make sure your T1/E1 that you want to term the calls to is active.

My pattern is 13125551212 and another is 5551212 I do not have connectivity to PSTN to quintum I want to use voip trunks only on cable modem and I configure the box as a gateway >> Q >> IP-PBX >> IP Network
