Where can I find out what the results of the MFG test means? What is faulty and what is in a working conition.

As long as you have setup the test correctly and connected the cables to perform the test, should any of the tests fail, then it is a hardware failure and you would need to see if Quintum will repair it.
The codes are used at Quintum to determine which specific hardware component is failing.
