I have a quintum AXM 800 at the office, it works fine with all voice calls. The problem is Fax can’t get through.. even if the fax is from its local fxs port to its own fxs port..

Is the fax a regular fax machine or is it a fax modem. I know that the quintum’s do have a problem with fax modems. In the early days there were big problems with faxes in general, but I would assume that most of these were resolved.

Most likely the problem is due to either a firewall/NAT at your end or possibly the ISP is blocking voip.
