Problem with tenor D3000 cause=34

    Hello,
    Can someone help me please. I use tenor D3000 and it’s work nice but the problem is sometime with the same dest number 60% of calls I have error with cause=34.

    Usually, the cause 34 is seen because a destination number is sent that there is no match for in the tenor.

    You say that it is the same number, so if that is the case, are all the channels in use at that time?

    No just 14 or 15 channels are in use.

    Well, check to the incoming number from the log and make sure it is identical. Otherwise, it would require some troubleshooting.
