    do i need to set any ivrtype for that in quintum

    yes, you must set the ivrtype depending on your need. You can check this in the cli reference guide as well as the billing guide, both can be found on Quintum’s web site.

    does static routes work only for h323, i am using tenor in SIP mode and want to send call to another sip server, just like an static route with preix and Destination IP. can i send sip calls based on prefix to diffrent IPs from tenor DX.

    Yes, static routes are only for H323 and I think it says this the cli reference guide. For SIP, you have to configure the tenor to register to a SIP server and use a SIP proxy.
