Depending on the software level, you can either try connecting a cable to the console port, using hyperterminal to access and power the unit off, then on again and you may be given the chance to reset the unit to factory default (erases the entire config including the password, but not the IP address info) or if that is not available, you will need to contact quintum directly to have them reset the password.
