quintum to nortel problem

    I just got dropped into a job where they have PSTN to ata to A400 through wireless to a remote site A400 and then a Nortel norstar keysystem. They are supposed to have 3 telephone numbers / lines available at any one time. While all 3 numbers work you can only use one at a time, otherwise the link is busy. Something is not configured right and I need to figure out what.

    Hi,
    We are having one Quintom TENOR 3200 box and from this it is connected to NORSTAR equipment. Actually we are using this for calls purpose from our LAN to other LAN which is having VPN connection. Suddenly from few days onwards we can’t able to receive or call any calls from other LAN suddenly. This will happens on the day time and by evening it will connect again. Please help us regarding this.

    this sounds like it is more of a problem with your LAN and not the quintum.
